While Ahsan Sajjad stepped up in partnership to score 58 runs off 32 balls, with 7 fours and 2 sixes. As CCUC batsmen set a target of 199, the bowlers gave it their all to defend. In partnership with American College Cricket, CCUC has been able to organize and host annual and semi-annual series tournaments. Allowing young student-athletes to be noticed at a national level is what we aspire to accomplish. Developing their talent and skills to represent Canada.

“The sportsmanship and integrity displayed by the athletes on the field and off, throughout this tour resembled our core values deeply,” says Obaid Ullah, co-founder, CCUC. “This is what the sport of cricket is all about and why we aim to make it recognizable across all Canadian universities and colleges. Showcasing the passion and culture of the sport that comes with this sport.”

CCUC aspires to lead by example, through its committee, coaches and captains to provide a platform for the development of cricket. Fostering the youth to become agents of positive change within their communities through the love of sport.
